We’ve planned events in over 30 cities throughout the US and Canada, however we can create a package for any city you’re interested in. Some of our top destinations include Chicago, Toronto, New Orleans, Nashville, and Las Vegas.
Our private events are open to people 18 and older for entry, and 21+ to use the bar. However, if your entire group is 21+, we can plan a 21+ only event.
The turnaround time for a quote from our team ranges from 2 to 5 business days, depending on the requested destination, group size, and date set.
We accept wire transfer, ACH, check, and credit card (CC payments include a 4% convenience fee).
Yes – in addition to accepting payment in full, we also have an exclusive booking portal to assist groups in splitting payments and bundling hotel, transportation, and events.
Not at all! We can put together packages for any group, regardless of Greek affiliation.
We recommend inquiring and booking at least 6 months in advance for most destinations, and even further out for high demand tourism markets such as Nashville and Savannah.
Our standard quote includes charter bus transportation, hotel accommodations, and a private event. In select cities, we also offer club access services, group dining, live entertainment, and more.
